HDFC Bank Ltd. — HDFC LOST MY CHEQUE

I deposited a foreign currency cheque at Model Town, Sonepat branch on 17-Apr-2008. Cheque No. is [protected] issued by Intermark Productions drawn on Bank of America. It does not appear in my account after 32 days, so i contacted Sonepat Branch (Ms. Sonia Sharma) who told me that as i did not mention reason behind cheque so they returned that cheque by courier, but she could not tell me courier details and ask me to come next day, after visiting bank for 5 times, she told me that they never received my cheque, she ask me proof where i deposit cheque, may i ask all customers who putting cheque in drop box, what proof they have other then duplicate copy. It is really a harassment for me. You are requested to please look at this matter.

HDFC Bank — CHEQUE LOST

I, BHUVNESH KUKREJA, a customer of HDFC bank wants to file a complaint against the bank. I submitted a cheque of RS.32020/- (cheque no.-301570) on 13-April-09 which the bank lost.I visited the bank frequently but i could not get a suitable response. I have neither got a cheque nor the money till date . please investigate the matter and do reply me soon. I will be thankful to you

HDFC Bank — Lost money

Hi sir,
I am Rajasekhar reddy, having an account in HDFC bank( A/C No[protected], Branch: Ramachandrapuram, hyderabad, IFSC code: HDFC0000811). Recently on 03/04/2011 (3rd April,2011) I tried an cash with drawl of 2500/- from ICICI bank ATM (Near Gangaram R.S. Brothers Hyderabad), At the time of processing my request I pressed the "CANCEL" button as some one told me that receipt is not coming from the particular ATM. Then I just checked for my balance and I got shocked as 2500/- has been debited from my account. I didn't get the money as I have pressed "CANCEL" Button and I didn't get the receipt. When i approached my home branch they are asking me for the receipt, and I told them that I didn't get the money and receipt. They are saying that we cannot process as you don't have the receipt. Please look into the matter and please refund my money as soon as possible.

Rs. In my A/c urgently. because 13 days pending issue.
