I have an account in quick remit , user name as Deepanath registered
from Singapore
I have transfered 5000S$ to my IOB indian account last week with
transaction reference number [protected]
Account detail is : Indian Overseas Bank a/c no - SB006502
Initially the status was showing as success(processed through NEFT) ,
but then it is changed to failure
Message is :

The money could not be delivered to the account designated by you due
to incorrect/incomplete details. Please contact our Customer Service
team urgently.
Remittance Sub-Status Account Incorrect
Remarks Incorrect account details
How do I am getting this since I have transferd to the same benficiary
many times ??
For your reference , [protected] was processed successfully to the same
account on 01/07/2011.Also attaching the screen shot for the
previous transactions
When I have contacted through chat I was told to send mail to this id.
Also I was not given any contact number.Please resolve this asap ,
provide a number to which I can contact
