[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Policy not Valid

I have purchased a policy "HDFC- Sampoorn Samridhi" on 18'th October 2011 though the agent of HDFC Life, Rourkela Branch, Orissa. Still now I don't get any documents regarding the policy and policy no. also. Several times I informed this problem to HDFC Life agent & branch manager also, but didn't get any fruit full result/information. So, Pls help me & tell me what I have to do? I have attached a scan copy of Payment Receipt regarding my policy for your information.
