I have couriered my Stay voucher on 23.04.2010. and its valid till 26th September 2010. And the flight voucher, I have couriered in August10. And its valid till 26th October 2010.

It’s nowhere mentioned that the last day is on 27th June 10.

Refer below mails, I have written to you on you on 19th May10, 1st July10. Why no response for those mails. Once the date expired, you have replying it to me.
In between, I have spoke to your office also. I got the reply saying that we are couriering it.

Now “date is expired and you are not able to process the booking”.

Please refund my money.

My Voucher No. is 6654490.
Ref below mail. I have intimated very much well in advance. And I have made the phone call to your office to confirm. And I got the reply saying that the voucher will be couriered in a weeks time. Now its almost 3 months.
I had asked Jaipur on 23.04.2010, Agra on 14.05.2010, Ooty on 10.09.2010.
Flight ticket from Mumbai to Mangalore on 12.09.2010 or 19.09.2010.
I would like to know why there is no reply for my below mail? And when I called someone in the office, same answer, ”in a weeks time”.

After reading your conversation with HHPL, it seems that you had applied for booking but they couldn't get your vouchers in time (appears they haven't received it and hence the booking was not processed.. We can't say that HHPL has cheated here.. I have personally gone for Holidays through HHPL Rajouri and they extended their complete help in every possible manner to me. I am thankful to the team for providing such a wonderful package.
I had a wonderful when I went to Ptaya with my family for holiday. It was almost 5 years me and my husband were keeping busy in the set up of our new business so we didn't get time to spend with each other and with family.. we really wanted a quality holiday. We contacted Heritage and asked them for the available options according to the season. Keeping everything in mind they provide us the booking in Ptaya for a week and the booking was done in Beverly Plaza.. The trip was superb as I got every kind of facility in very reasonable price. Would like to say thanks to HHPL for providing such an amazing trip to us.

Thank you for your valuable feedback. We regret that the response is delayed to your complaint, Furtherance to your complaint we have investigated our records & following is the response.

We had sent you a confirmation mail on 08th Oct'10 for the reservation of the hotel in Ooty for 27th Nov'10. Same mail would be treated as a written authorization for the stay. As far as the flight voucher is concerned, we had sent you a reply on 27th Aug'10 that we can not entertain the request since the voucher sent by you was already expired.

We are happy that we were able to cater to your problem and resolve it to your satisfaction. We look forward to you withdrawing this complaint now. If there is any further grievance on this subject, please do write back at [protected]@heritageholidayindia.com or on the same blog.
