After reading your conversation with HHPL, it seems that you had applied for booking but they couldn't get your vouchers in time (appears they haven't received it and hence the booking was not processed.. We can't say that HHPL has cheated here.. I have personally gone for Holidays through HHPL Rajouri and they extended their complete help in every possible manner to me. I am thankful to the team for providing such a wonderful package.

I had a wonderful when I went to Ptaya with my family for holiday. It was almost 5 years me and my husband were keeping busy in the set up of our new business so we didn't get time to spend with each other and with family.. we really wanted a quality holiday. We contacted Heritage and asked them for the available options according to the season. Keeping everything in mind they provide us the booking in Ptaya for a week and the booking was done in Beverly Plaza.. The trip was superb as I got every kind of facility in very reasonable price. Would like to say thanks to HHPL for providing such an amazing trip to us.

We had sent you a confirmation mail on 08th Oct'10 for the reservation of the hotel in Ooty for 27th Nov'10. Same mail would be treated as a written authorization for the stay. As far as the flight voucher is concerned, we had sent you a reply on 27th Aug'10 that we can not entertain the request since the voucher sent by you was already expired.
