[Resolved]  hero honda/karizma — advance payment of accidental insurance claim

respected sir,

i have my own HERO HONDA KARIZMAA no. "H.P. 40-9799" Insured by NATIONAL INSURANCE COMPANY Dharamshala (h.p.) i have accident on 30 oct 2010 and deposited to HERO HONDA SHOWROOM , DEEKAY MOTORS NH-21, GUTKAR, MANDI (H.P.)

as per law/ rule i have submittedv the bike and informed to insurance company but the hero honda dealer is misbehaving with us and said us to deposit the 50% advance payment of expenditure which is totally unauthorized

kindly take required action against the dealer
