[Resolved]  HERO VELOCITI ELEC. SCOOTER — BATTERY LIFE

sir i respectly say that i had bought hero ultra velocity sccoter in 31 jan 08 and after then some days later the battery problem was started then we decided to change our sccoty battery so i changed and for this i played 7260RS but then to the same problem i am faced i am in work and daily i need the sccoty after then i went to SARDAR MOTOR COMPANY where i have bought this sccoty to tell abt what is happening but i surprise when he ignor and misbehave with me lot just i am writing this to inform u that i[censored]u are taking any action on this nahi toh i will taking a legal action

mene hero ultra ki bike kharidi takriban 2 sal bhi nahi hue he,or 4000km bhi nahi chali he,bettery kharab ho gai he,dealer pareshan kar raha he bettery dene ko tayyar nahi he rupiye bhi bohot zyada mang raha he plz help me.my contect no. is [protected]

I am residing near Andul, Howrah, WB, India. I bought a Hero Ultra Velocity Electric Scooter last year.

Batteries are damaged. I require 12V 24 Ah (7"x7"x3" size) 12EC33R - 4 Nos. Exide Battery as per original battery. But this type of battery is not available in the market. Dealer insists me to use 12V 20 Ah (10.5"x10.5"x5" size) 12EC25L Exide battery.

Please confirm this type of battery will suit or not.

Also please suggest me, if there is any suggestion, which type of battery will suit properly in this model of Scooter.

Dear Sir,

My Self Rajendra Pawar, Residing Nagsen Nagar, Osmanpura, Aurangabad (Maharashtra) Purchasing Hero Ultra Velociti Electronnic scooter dated 14th July, 2008.

I had planned to use this scooter daily to carry my childeren for school. But Batteries not support to run with carry my children after six months.

Many times complaint to our distributors. He told me batteries are damaged,

Today my scooter is store in godown / scarp room.

I requesting you to suggest us long life batteries distributor name, address & validity of batteries period.
