HinduShopping.com — Payment received and credit period enjoyed without service delivery

This is a complaint that i am launching with HinduShopping.com

Hi Team

Refer Order # 50357 placed with theHinduShopping.com on 11-Feb

I had placed an order on 11-Feb with the HinduOnlineShopping for delivery of bouquet to my would-be on Valentine's day. The order was showing "Ready to ship" until 13th evening and on 14th evening when I logged in to check the status of delivery it was showing as "Cancelled".

The reason provided by HinduShopping team was that they didnt have stock to deliver. If there wasnt enough stock, why at first place was the order taken and the money obtained from me. They should have denied as soon as I placed an order. I wonder what in this world gives them the right to cancel some delivery for which you have already taken money and enjoyed the credit. This is the second discrepency that I have had in two orders that I had placed with HinduShopping. This is absolute cheating business that these guys are engaged with and this time I want this to be taken up to the highest order. The losses that I have suffered because of the irresponsible Hindu team are of two folds:
Personal as well as Monetary loss:

They made me disappoint my would-be on my first Valentine's day
--This in turn gave me more stress that I am not able to concentrate on anything else
--My credibility and trustworthiness is at stake because of the ineffecient promises and failed service delivery
--Sitting in an alien piece of land, I sheerly trusted HinduShopping to deliver on time, especially after keeping my hopes alive until 13th evening. Eventually they didnt deliver but just celebrated the credit that my money yielded.
--I can end up taking big wrong decisions owing to this unfair business dealings and owing to the priceless loss they have provided me.

Why will I want HinduShopping to enjoy the credit my money would yield me during this tenure where HinduShopping held my money for no purpose or service that they had provided.


This is unneccessary mental stress and monetary loss that I am suffering here because of the unfair deal.

I am sure I am not here doing some charity business with HinduShopping. I need an appropriate solution on both fronts highlighted above.
