i m a citizen leaving in Narayangaon, Pune and i have a consumer account in HP Gas.
Now the dealer, here Dhare/ Sai gas agency, warulwadi, Narayangaon, Pune. owner Mr. RUPESH. Is not delivering gas cylinder on Time taking 12 to 15 days. Also he is selling the cylinder in black at price 450-500rs.
Now if we go after the 21days from the date of booking, he ask us to come after 21 days from delivery.
Please sir, do something. He always troubles all the customer here.
First of all, he is a college student. So keep the shop close from 11am to 5pm. Then he do dadagiri.

It is to inform you that in nangal township your dealer NANGAL GAS AGENY is not delivering the gas properly he is selling cylinders in black Rs 420 per cylinder to the sweats shop ,hotels , dhaba & to the persons who are runing their cars on LPG so I request u to take some proper action against this ageny so that the cousters can get gas at proper time
