Hindustan Petrolium Domestic LPG Gas Services — Delivery of Gas Cylinder

Sir,
I am the consumer of HP Gas of Bardekar gas agency in Amravati having consumer no 601952.
Every time the gas agency send a cylinder after 25 to 30 days. I am logged repetade complaint in local office but they are unable to provide gas connection in time.If I book for the gas refiile the answer of gas agency will be the gas will be deliver after 10 days. Again I phone to local office ,theanswer will be gas will be deliver after 5 days .This will happens again & again.
Now 26 days go back .I have no gas refill till date.
This will happens every time when I book for gas refiile.

Every time the gas agency send a cylinder after 30-35days.This will happens every time when I book for gas refiile.
Every time book for my gas cylinder they do not deliver the gas in given time frame. And always give false commitment for delivering the same. Every time they take extra 4-5 days to deliver the cylinder.The agency is not ready to give me gas cylinder given frame of time. As a Customer I am getting harassed. Need some action immediately

i have HP gas and my consumer no is 604569 with Avinash Gas Agency.
i had booked my gas on 13 th of Jan and they had taken their bookings on 14 th of January stating that their computer system will take only from that date and they told me that in 4 days time it will be delivered.
when i had called persistently every day since the gas is exhausted in my house to day the are telling me that even though they had billed it on 17 th of January 2008 , there is shortage of gas supply and there fore it will take some more time.
taking the consumer for a ride is the practice of HP it seems and the Govt of india enterprises is the best examble too.
the same problem when i had last time even though i contacted the local HP customer relationship rep is also very bad and nothing we consumers can do
when i try to contact his boss regional manager the call was filtered by his secy and still there was no response from their dealer to deliver the gas??
this is the fate of Hindustan petroleum and if any of you van help me by giving me the email id of the concerned ministry to send this complaind i will much obliged

My consumer No. is 701314 .I have Booked A gas Cellendor On
1 Nov 2008 and make so many request on phone and personally
but till now i not get it.service of your distributer is not satisfactionary. i complain also before it arround 4-5 times.
so i request you to take a suitable action and shift my conection to another gas distributer.

HP LPG Gas domestic — Not delivering cylinders

We booked our cylender for refilling on 07/03/2009 and every time when we asked them they said with in 4 to 5 days you will get for the Gas supply is not coming. But we sow they are providind to those who are paying extra amonut i.e. in black. As we know that the delivery should be with in 34hrs. Then who will take care against such dishonourable work?
