[Resolved]  Hindustan Relocation — Fraud/Fake

That;s correct. I also had a worst experince with them. They are fraud people. They have few contacts of the transport guys. So when they pack your luggage, they contact them for transportation. So you never know when your luggage will reach you.

They use very abusive language and threaten you of loosing your whole luggage.

I booked a consignment on date 22 jan 2011 wide cinsigmenet ID 524 which include House Hold item and Maruti Alto LXI. During booking Loading, Unloading, Packing, Unpacking, transportaion was agreed by the compnay. After arrival i found
car has major dent on right back door.
All Glass item broken,
No Unloading and unpacking done.
Unloading is done by me by paying 1000/- and unpacking 1000/- whch was agrred by the company that i dont have to pay anything else for thses.
Item Stolen by Service provider whicj include 1. New pack od dinner set of Rs 1200/-, fancy Tray of Rs. 400, Year tray of Rs 550, Laptop Bag Branded Microsoft of Rs 2300/-

They send gun to recover the amount and the truck driver unloade the item on road and there gun force me to pay the amount. I have all the documents with me which have their commintement agreed and signed by them.

I tried to call them and aske for resolution many time but there is no response form them even till now. after saying that i will reach consumer forum they told me that do waht so evere i want they dont care.

Ths is totaly fake service provider and is a gand of local gun and theive.

They are not professionals. They take your households, winning your trust and cofidence, by putting very low quote, and promise to deliver within 4-5 days. Actually that never happens. Once they take your goods, the follow-up session starts. All wrong, misguiding, confusing and false answers will be told. Finally they will ask you to pay extra amount for the delivery. Next to your surprise, goods will be sent through some other party. I had to wait for 2 months for goods, even after paying the entire amount, and the extra amount. Over the period I made n number of calls, and was directed to one and other. Had gone through lot of mental harassment and stress. These guys are really cheats. They operate in different names, to escape. Here is the list of all these guys -

Hindustan Relocations Packers & Movers is a very good company.
People who are jealous of our good work, dedication and commitments are writing fake comments. You can see the fake mail ids also. There are complaints from two customers with the same E-mail Id. This itself shows that this complaint is fake.

I am Lakshmi Narayana, I am posting my comments here because I was astonished to see a compalint against Hindustan Relocations. It is the best Packers & Movers Company.

I have used their services more than thrice now. They are very helpful and commited team. Especially, this guy called Rahul is commendable for his service.

I have always received my goods in good condition and on-time. They are very good. Infact when I talk about Hindustan Relocations, i feel like it's my own company. That is why when I saw fake complaints, I said "our company" is very hard working and dedicated. I feel it as my OWN.

They are the best packers & movers company I have ever known.

I would suggest everyone to bbok their consignments, whether small or big, with Hindustan Relocations.

Hindustan Packers And Movers — Fraud in Delivery of material

Dear Sir / Madam,

This is a Packers And Movers compay. I had given contract to this company for Packing, Loading, Shifiting by dedicated closed container tempo, unloading and rearranging at destination with insurance and risk of contractor of my house hold materials (from Borivali to Mundra, Gujarat) They have not followed below clause as agreed.

1) Shifted material by part load inplace of dedicated vehical.
2) Shifted material by ordinary tempo inplace of closed container tempo.
3) Delivered materail after 6 days in place of 2 days.
4) Not done the insurance as claimed / not giving copy of insurance.
5) Agreed to unload some material and load some material from Viramgam (On the way to rout) but not done.
6) Some material lost or stolen in transist.
7) Material received in damage condition and wet condition.
8) They are not providing documents for the payment made.
9) They are not responding / taking responsibility as agreed for delay, lost and damage material.
10) They are threatning me to pay balance payment which I have kept on hold due to above issues.

I need justice for the above issue. with refund money for delay, lost and damage of material.

HINDUSTAN RELOCATIONS IS A CHOR/FRAUD COMPANY
I had booked 'HIndustan Relacation movers & packers' for transferring my household things from Hyderabad to Bangalore on 26/01/2012 by paying an amount of 11700Rs (inclusive of 1500Rs for insurance of 50000Rs) and i was told that goods will be delivered to me on 27/01/12 evening, but even after continous follow up and calling, i never got my stuff.I stayed in hotel for 2 days which cost me 2000Rs and even after 2 days i was told that they have kept my stuff in some company's godon and now they can deliver it only after 3 days.I was shocked by their unprofessional and unethical response.Finally with no choice left i had to leave for my native as i can't affosrd to stay in hotel for so many days.I did follow up continously and after so much pain i got my stuff on 6/02/12 which is 10 days from day of booking.I couinted the total cartoons and there was 1 cartoon of items missing which had my clothes, shoes and other items and in addition to that my double bed mattress, steel water tank, Gym dumbles & rods & 1 chair were also missing.I had immediately rectified this situation to 'HIndustan Relacation movers & packers' owner, Mr Dinesh Sangwan and he said by mistake it may have been left in godown and will reach me by next day morning.But till date i.e. 9/03/12, i have not got those things back.In addition to this when i started opening my boxes ther was so much damage to my glassware items, utensils, photoframes, dressing table mirror, double bed, computer table, computer chair and other things

We booked these guys based on their big talks for relocating from hyderabad to Chennai. They have quoted us a very high rate and promised to have separate closed vehicle which will not be shared and that we can have our own lock and we ourselves can open it at the delivery. They also promised that is a one truck driven by one driver and so it will reach Chennai the very next day.

But much awkward to what they have said, we didnt receive our things the next day where we had to sleep on floor with no pillows or bedsheets. After much follow up, we got the usual un proffessional answer of 'truck broke down' ( not sure why all the packers and movers trucks break down every time) we received the house hold materials on the third day night, that too in an open truck with most of the materials damaged. one guy was sleeping on our mattress.

When inquired about the closed truck and lock and keys etc, we got an answer that they are some passer by truck people who were hired to deliver our things along with many others things.

We have insured our materials and were promised to receive the insurance by mail, which we have never received till date. our damaged materials were never compensated or repaired. They didn't even bother to answer our calls after the despatch from hyderabad.

They gave us shiny and attractive brouchers with all their branches listed in it and gave a professional look, but when we tried to contact their so claims head office at Delhi, those numbers never existed. Also the phone numbers in Chennai ended up no where. In realilty they have no branches and are ordinary truck people.

All that I have now is broken materials and highly irritated feelings towards these people.

Beware of these roughs and i strongly recommend that no one hires these guys.

I have had the worst experience with Hindustan relocation packers and mover - we should lodge a police complaint against these people. The delivered my good 3 days late in all broken condition, Rs 20, 000 was broken or lost. The people working there are abusive and rude and no one answers your phones. BE VERY VERY CAREFUL.
