[Resolved]  hire scafollding (wood suttering) materials for building construction — claiming nearly two times higher rent than at present market running rate

I am Sandip Parui, resident of vill-rathtala,P.O&P.S-Kakdwip,Dist-24 paragans,pin-743347,west bengal. At present I am constructing three storied building at kakdwip, therefore I have taken scafolding materials from a suttering shop on rental basis but after completion of job the shop keeper charging rental nearly two times than the present running rate at market.
