2009 called for the applications from the NGOS to work with High risk group
people and on prevention of AIDS in coastal districts with the help of
HLFPPT “SWAGATHI PROJECT”. Hyderabad.

The Programme Officer HLFPPT SWAGATHI Project Hyderabad has taken BRIBE of an amount of Rupees One Lakh as an advance from PARD NGO CHINTALAPUDI, West Godavari District Andhra Pradesh through Mr. J. Suresh Director for ACTION FOR DEVELOPMENT. TADEPALLIGUDEM (NGO) West Godavari District who is long standing partner for HLFPPT since years together though he was under block list
The new NGO proposed for SWAGATHI Project selected from west Godavari district is bogus and manipulated by the programme officer Hyderabad as requested by Mr. Suresh who is broker for programme officer SWAGATHI Hyderabad.
It is bare fact that as per the knowledge of “DISTRICT PACHIMA SAMIKYA” west Godavari district (NET WORK) that the PARD organization of Chintalapudi has not initiated any programme on HIV/AIDS and also not known about the high risk group activities in Chintalapudi area also. Every network member of this West Godavari district is knows that PARD organization has not responded on HIV/AIDS activities and on high risk to people and not having sufficient experience in this area.
It is not complaint but fact information for you with a request to investigate the matter in detail and arrange to issue necessarily orders for stoppage in implementing SWAGATHI programme by PARD organization in West Godavari District immediately.
