I am K. Purnachandra Rao, R/o H.No. 40-343, Plot 146 B, Jawahar Nagar, Moula Ali, Hyderabad - 500 040 falls under Sainikapuri Division. My CAN No. is[protected]. Every year I used to pay yearly water charges at a time as an advance. Similarly I have paid yearly water charges of Rs. 3, 000/- as an advance through online on 06.04.2015 vide Transaction reference No. CUPG[protected] dt. 06.04.2015
However, I have received a SMS message to my Mobile ([protected]) registered with you, that your water bill for the of April, 2015 is due. Hence, requested to kindly look into the matter and arrange to settle the issue.

Tap water polluted with drainage water, very low pressure since two years. Till today no action taken. Sir,
I am representing past 2 years regarding converting water supply category from commercial to domestic since there is no commercial establishment in the premises of house bearing
no.8-2-616/R/A Road no.11, Banjarahills, HYD. Instead of considering our request objectively & effect the change, instead concerned official ordered disconnection of water supply a year ago at the same time the water board has no hesitation in raising water bill with out any supply irrationally & demanding clearing the imaginary due before considering the issue. In a vein attempt to overcome the pending issue we have cleared the Bill.no.81828607 Dot 4-12 2017 & registered our grievance online which has acknowledged with an assurance that our complaints will be sorted with in 10 days but so nothing has been done & fresh bill has been raised with out our grievance is sorted.
Out of desperation I have approached the concerned officer to whom I have submitted 2 earlier application regarding this issue but the concern officer seems to be least interested in consumer cause with some underlaying prejudice . I have referred regarding registering online complaint which they expressed it as waste of time and sought an application once again with a photograph of the building & installing new meter which was complied & submitted to the concern .
Even after elapse of 45 days nothing seems to be move & it customary on the part of this office not to issue any acknowledgement to shirk any responsibility. Every time when approached they ask for a fresh application & we fallows her dictates each time with much reservation with her irrational attitude.
Now once again I have made an application to the officer on 10.2.2018, which was directed to SR nagar range the copy I am adding the image of it.
I hope the responsible authorities to the need full at least now seriously.

My house in uder construction last 2 years, we are using borewell water pump for construction, but am getting water bill extremely high, this month also i got water bill 1256.00RS which i paid already. the water bill should come minimum right ?

with CAN no:[protected] and every month we are paying around Rs:215/- to 250 /- per month and there is no irregularity in payment, But, now we have received an water bill amount of Rs:1158.25/- through SMS for the month of september - 2014(including arrears) i request you to kindly see that the difference in bill and do the favor at an earliest for which act i may be grateful to you
