On March 10th we purchased carpet for our new beach house, The carpet came from a mill in Dalton, Ga Looptex Mills. It cost us over $600, it was installed in April, after the installation we noticed a slight color variation around the entire room. We contacted Lisa at Home Depot, at that point she told us that she would have to contact the company and they would send out an inspector. Mr. Jared Warnack came to do the inspection, By this time we had a whole room filled with furniture it was very hard to see entire carpet.our claim was denied.They did admit there was a color variation but, offered nothing to make us satisfied customers. We can not recommend Home Depot for carpet, use a reliable company who will stand behind a product they sell. Was this information helpful? |
