[Resolved]  Home Jogger — opposite result

We bought this product "Home Jogger" (body swinger you can say) from tele mall but didn't get beneficial results as used myself got pain at my back. Went to the doctor he suggested not to do the exercise thru this exerciser as you have the problem of (Disc slip). I have X-ray also with me.if you required to see that.

So I request you to allow me to exchange this product or return my money, because its useless for me now.Otherwise i need to find some other (conusmer rights) way to get it done.
