I purchased Dressing table-Impiana from Hometown Marathalli,Bangalore on 5th Jan 2012. Home town promised to deliver on or before 20th Jan 2012. I kept calling & tried tracking the status of [COLOR=#009900 !important]the delivery[/COLOR] & finally they assured of the delivery by 4th of Feb 2012.
As expected,i tried reaching them again on 4th feb & couldn't get any response as [COLOR=#009900 !important]customer care[/COLOR] line is always busy. Its being a more than a month now and i haven't receieved my product where Hometown had taken the full payment as well as extra [COLOR=#009900 !important]delivery charge[/COLOR] on the day of purchase itself.
I still don't have worth point of contact to address my issue .
Please let me know how can i escalate this issue & get my money back.

Yesterday there was a function at my home and for that purpose I bought that dining table, but still I am waiting for that product and I finished that function without my dining table.
Better I get my money (complete amount) back rather than the item.
