I have a beam Telecom connection but past 15 days it is not working properly and I made a complaint repeatedly Complaint No � 560920, Dt.[protected] & on[protected], Complaint No � 569238, Dt.[protected] & on[protected], Still No response again I made a Complaint No � 572127, Dt.[protected] &[protected], today I make a complain on [protected]@beamtelecom.com still no response.
I make a complaint again on[protected] call center @ 6:40 Pm on[protected] SUMAN has picked up The guys seems to have by-hearted the sentence " sorry for the inconvenience caused sir, we�ll forward the complaint to higher authorities and they will get back to you by tomorrow morning ASAP�, and the day never comes. They�ll keep sending you sms�s on ur mobile stating� i[censored]r complaint is not resolved in 24 hours, fwd this message to 9xxxxxx�. You do whatever you want to do, the bottom line is THEY�LL RESOLVE UR PROBLEM WHEN THEY WANT TO and you can go ahead and explain ur head out to them again and again, they just wont agree.
I really don�t know when this complaint would be tackled but really would want to smack the face of each guy sitting in their call center. Oh, almost forgot the icing on the cake, these guys never have a MANAGER in office. I have even got responses like �he�s in the loo� and �he�s gone for a smoke� from these guys. Such is the unprofessional attitude.
