You are absolutely right. at homeshop18 customer service no one is responsible person. They are no coordination at all. They are just going the office and selling the product over phone. After sale and taking money, there customer service was not taking any responsibility to satisfy the customer . Homeshop 18 is only making money. Money, Money and Money.only money nothing else.

My experience of home shop 18 is very bad. They are cheater. Quality of product is not as being shown in the TV. Never listen complains and if product is not ok they will not return the same. They are maqking fool to the costomers.

we purchased camera when i recieved i found it was damaged, we complaint given to home shop 18 .they are not responding.
