we bought a bed from hometown which got delivered in three weeks but after that its now more than a week that nobody has turned up to assemble the same.the call center number is always busy and at times when we do get through, the guys at call center gives false promises that we are sending somebody tomorrow who will assembel your bed but unfortunately nobody turns up. we feel that we have been cheated and now I want my money back. Just wanted to let everybody know what really lies behind such brand names like Home Town.. Regards, Sharbani Bose
