[Resolved] Hometown, Pune — Non delivery of furniture items bought

I bought furnitures from Hometown with promised delivery . Advance receipt no. [protected], Home Town, Pune is not delivering ;again and again talking about the next dates which they cannot keep. Items bought: Wall unit and Bed unit. Talked to Vijay of Hometown several times and yet Hometown is failing to deliver they at last partially sent the wall unit and it was found defective by their own guys Frustrating what should I say about such false promises of HomeTown, Pune unit? extremely unethical and frustrating Was this information helpful? I had purchased a 3 door wardrobe from Hometown, Ishaniya mall, nearly 3 months back.The material was delivered at the following address:

A-904, Mont Vert Dieu,
Sus road, Pashan.

However I was shifting to a new location and hence did not ask for assembly of the parts.Now that I have shifted to my new home, I need it be assembled now since I was told very clearly that assembly could take place at any time of my choice.I have however misplaced the purchase bill.I am sure you can trace this transaction with the address that I mentioned above or I can give you the credit card transaction no if you want it. I am not able to reach your customer care no.Kindly advice how you can help me with this.
