Sir,
I had given my car honda city zx (Gxi) no.DL-8CL-3015 for serviceing to the above said on 28.09.2010. Morning .I recieved a call from Mr.Ajay panchal at about 5:00 p.m. on 28.09.2010. that my car was ready. I told him that i shall take delivery on 30.09.2010. as i was out of delhi. When i went in the morning of 30.09.2010. my vehicle was not ready and also they had driven the car for 13 K.M.. I fail to understand ,why they misused my car ,or test my car when no engine work , no wheel alignment or no wheel balanceing was done .The handling of the vehicle was also very rough as they start the vehicle when the A.C is on.
The worker Amit of the service station said that they test drive the vehicle even for 150 K.M. if the vehicle comes for servicing only.
When i brought this matter to the notice of Mr.P.K. Ganguly (G.M.) and Mrs.Shalu kapoor (C.R) both of them were clueless and were unable to satisfy me.
Through this complaint i want full refund amount paid to the service station along with the interest and necessary action should be taken and more over in the near future the same should not be repeated again.
