dear manager, my self shri kant vyas had purchased stunner cbf from bikaner (rajasthan) from laxmi honda on 20 th feb 2010. i was glad to buy a honda product but the service facility of laxmi honda has disappointed me. The chain of my stunner makes noise from the first day. i took it to laxmi handa to rapair it for 4 times and i have also got it serviced once but notworth solution has come out yet . i have no hope to get the solution from their side. finally they told me that i will have to face this problem in this model. they are not agree to change the chainset becz the are not taking it seriously. they make a fun of this problem. even no one is their to help me. plz instruct me what to do and how to get my bike repaired. plz also take a stict action against laxmi honda's unsatisfactory customer service. i hope and await a quick responce from u .

I Have purchased Stunner from Shree Dev motors Meerut in which there is no sari jaal fitted dut to which we faced the problem from many days. They were making us fool by saying that it will repair the part or replace the part again and again.they were comiited to resolve our problem till 06 apr 2010 but problem is still pending from last 37 days.Yesterday they again said that there is some company dispatch problem now you please tell me the reputation will be good in our mind after that.

it has been about two months for my honda stunner to b repaired in gurgaon's ganpati auto. n still there is no responce for my hearing. i visit ganpati autos daily and now i am sick of it. all d time they tell that there is no spare part of my bike (rim with disk). so kindly grand my complain as soon as possible

Dear Sir,

I purchased Honda Activa two wheeler on 19-March-2010 from Shree Dev Motors, Meerut City, UP. Few days ago my Activa had problem in self starting so brought back to dealer for check and repair on 13-Dec-2010. I thought this was minor problem but the dealer had kept my vehicle and till the date they neither returned the vehicle nor telling me, what is the problem in vehicle. Now its been worst when they approach me very badly by spoken with me that 'they can't even rectifying the problem until they will not received any order from command management.
Please consider this is very urgency for me because this vehicle is not only part of my daily activity even it is useful for my business.

stunner bike is verry verry bad bike is smooth verry good but km 1 litre for 38 km bike honda stunner comparing honda shine verry verry good 1 litre for 56 km

honda stunner bike is very very good condition engine smoothness is very good
but km 1 litre for 42 km
