[Resolved]  HoneyBee HR Solutions — Non conformance of reimbursement (of consultant Honey Bee Solutions with GE )for out of station candidates

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have something very important to bring to your notice. I (Kaustubh Sahai)am working in Noida as a Software Lead Engineer in an IT firm.I was called for an interview on 19th October 2011 in GE Banglore. I got telephonic assurance four times from Maithri ,consultant (Honey Bee HR Solutions)that I would be provided with the reimbursement from GE (without confirming it from GE for outstation candidates). I spend 17k and 3 days time for this trip . When I inquired the GE HR after undertaking the travel , she replied that GE was not entertaining out station candidates and its the Consultants fault.Its not only about me but others candidates as well who are being called from different parts of the country by this consultancy for its own advantage thereby misleading the candidates.They have not mentioned in their mail whether GE will reimburse but provided telephonic assurance.There is nowhere mentioned in the mail from GE that they will reimburse only for short listed candidates. When they are questioned they blame GE. I am quoting the lines sent in the mail from HoneyBee solutions : "I am extremely sorry and apologize that we would not be able to do anything as it is beyond our limitations.
To make you understand we are answerable to other candidates as well. Kindly understand our situation and support in this regard".
Please do something about this and protect other candidate's time and money.I am also sending the mails which they sent for apologizing.

GE has mailed us today and indicated to us that there would not be any reimbursements for this. As mentioned this holds good for all candidates who attended on that day.

I was indicated that you have some clarifications WRT reimbursements.



For this case they have not approved for the travel reimbursements the reason being they would approve on being shortlisted in the interview.
