Hotmail — My hot mail account is hacked

Dear Sir,

I was using Hotmail account from past 10 years, recently it was not allowing me to login using the credentials which i was using. It was hacked during Nov 2010. I had precious documents in it, and also i guess some mails were sent from my id. I would request the provider to investigate from which ip address it was hacked and find the hacker. I could reset the password by answering the secret question. Please help me in finding the hacker.

I can't select tata Docomo network (for STD) nobody is respons.
