I have bought a bed room set and dinning table on 1st Dec'2008 from HouseFull Chinchwad. Products were delivered on 07th Dec'2008. Double bed was damaged at the time of delivery and one of the parts was missing from dinning table. I have logged a complaint on 08th Dec' 2008 mentioning that I should not be available after 25th Dec'2008. I got the response saying that they will take the necessary action before 25th and get back to me with updates. Till now there is neither any call nor any support from HouseFull. I have to call them daily but getting the same response that they will call me in an hour. I am not sure how long their one hour is. Today is 25th Dec'2008. I again got the same response 5 mins back. I am not sure what action I should take so that they can take care of my complaint.

At the time of delivery there was a crack in the ply of the bed.House full Carpenter told me, it is nothing.
But after 3 months o[censored]se, crack has increased.Now i am fearing of total breakdown of the bed if it is not replaced soon.I complaint so many time to housefull, initially they told it will be replaced, but afterward they are telling it is because of daily use of the bed, it is not defect of the bed.Now they are telling me i have to pay for it.It is totally unethical, as i have the warranty for one year.So it should be replaced by the housefull in free of cost.
