[Resolved]  Hp Gas, Blue Flame Agency, Medical Sq, Nagpur — NON DELIVERY OF CYLINDER

THE BLUE FLAME GAS AGENCY, MEICAL STORE, NAGPUR NOT YET i. e.DATE 5/03/2009 DELIVERED THE CYLINDER EVENTHOYGH THE BOOKING DATE IS 16/02/2009.I HAVE CONSTANTLY REMINDED THIS FACT TO THE GAS AGENCY OFFICE BUT RESULT IS NIL.
IN LAST MONTH I HAVE NOT GOT CYLINDER EVEN AFTER COMPLITION OF1 MONTH AFTER ORDERING OF CYLINDER TO THIS AGENCY.CONSUMER NO. IS 8624.

I HAD BOOK CYLINDER AFTER 20 DAY I HAD GIVEN REMINDER TO AGENCY. AGENCY REPLIED CYLINDER WILL PROVIED WITHIN TWO OR THREE DAY BUT UPTO NEXT 7 DAYS THEY HAD NOT PROVIED IT. I AGAIN CONTATCT TO AGENCY BUT INVAIN . THE STAFF OF THE BLUE FLAME GAS AGENCY, MEICAL STORE, NAGPUR REPLIED ME THAT YOU HAVE TO BOOK NEW BOOKING IN FRESH WAY. BECAUSE OLD BOOKING IS OUTDATED AND WE CAN NOT PROVIED CYLINDER ON FRIST (OLD) BOOKING. THEN WHAT DONE WITH MY FIRST BOOKING BY AGENCY ? BECAUSE THEY DID NOT REMARK ANYTHING LIKE CANCELLED ON MY FIRST BOOKING ON BOOKING CARD ... IT MEANS THAT THEY HAD NOT CANCELLED MY BOOKING... THEN WHAT DONE WITH MY FRIST BOOKING BY AGENCY.
i had booked my cylinder in february but still it is not deliverd, after the remainder by 2 or3 times .this not first time that we are facing this problem.
