I too attended yeste..They said samething, askin to pay 1lakh rupees for 6months trainin and 3yrs bond..it is worthful r nt..leave about money whether carrer growth&future will be der r nt..very confused frds..last 1yr im jobless so plannin atleast to join in dis..dono wt to do nu..plz help me pot frds...plz give correct suggestion frds...

Hi guys i was attend the htc interview they offer for me .we will provide training and quality controler job daily 7hr job, 2hr training 15th months bond and at the same time they ask my original documents
salary is 6200/- only .they said after 15 months we will move to it jobs depends on the coming project we will train...can i believe them

can u please tell us whether this 15 month bond, qc job, 2 hours training, moving to IT after this training...is all for good or bad...should we believe their words or not..pls tell us those who know about it?

yaa they asked for 15 mnths training while working with bpo sector 7 hrs for 15 mnths and 3 hrs training.. after 15 mnths 15 k salary.. salary is not a point but 15 mnths is a point..after working like a dogs how can we concentrate on training.. and here they mentioned that even training is not good which will be taught by fresher..

I am from INFOSCIAN, how dare you call infy is torturing their employees ?
Have ever visited infosys ? Do you know what is infy work culture ? Infy is simply world class .. HTC is a third class company run by third class people.

IMO . HTC is crap thing. 4.5k Salary and 3 year bond is like slaves working in mines and quaries .. PPL please dnt join this crap company.

No they wont ask 1 lakh.
The condition for HTC are as below.
1) you will have training for the period of 15 months in which u will work for 7 hrs in voice or non voice process and two hours of training. with stifund of rs 6000 to 8000 (don't exactly remember)
2) After 15 months you will be put to a test if you qualify, then you will be put in to project with 2 years bond. in which you will be paid 15000 for first year and based on your performance you will be getting salary on the following year.
3) so 15 months training with stifund and two years bond i[censored] get selected in projects total of 3.3 years bond.
So its up to you to decide.

what i would conclude is that there are many companies who try to exploit fresher more worse than this. I have attended many interview where they would ask us to pay amount or have to work for least 3 months without salary and so on conditions.
HTC compared to these companies is far better, they give an orientation before you attend interview in which most fraud companies fails to give, i.e they make you come till ifnal round and then tell you all sorts of conditions. So HTC compared to others is not so worse. But deifnitely the company has taken the advantage of the market situation and try to exploit fresher a little ie for the first 1.3 years by paying an inadequate salary.

is there any other way to come out of the company without paying lakhs...

No Dont join in HTC .It will screw your career .Be patient for sometimes .You will get a good job .But don't ruin your life here.

I was bought my HTC One X in Hong Kong, And I was used it 4 different countries where i was work in Europe and Asia. Suddenly the phone was unable to charge himself. In that time I was in China. The local customer service was refuse to provide to me even chargeable service. They said that I need to comeback to Hongkong to fix the phone.
I think it's ridiculously stupid, because that's mean that I can use this HTC products only in place where I boy it, and can't go with it abroad.
Hope you will die soon HTC.

i am fresher, i was already attend so many companies and also cleared all the rounds, but my bad time no one called me for joining their company, so now my position little bit financially weak...so i have to plane to join HTC and 3 years bond... so please any one correctly tell me about they will provide salary in right time ? and it will help my carrier ?
