Through Indiaplaza online shopping website, I ordered a shipment (order no I[protected]) for a coffee mug "Love your brother" on 10th Nov 2012. After booking, I got a mail confirming "Love your brother" mug but in My Account section I found "Love your sister" mug was booked. So I immediately cancelled the order on 10th Nov 2012. I also wrote a complain about it with ticket number (CNT[protected]). Despite all this, they didn't cancelled my order and delivered the mug to my address on 19 Nov 2012 with BlueDart courier. Courier man charged me 29 extra as octroi charge whereas product shipping was free.
