I purchased 6 nos of DVDs from http://www.induna.com vide Purchase order no[protected]. I paid the money in advance through credit card. The site sent me all the DVDs at MRP. Having received them when I played them in my DVD player the two DVDs (Heer Raanjha and Hatya) did not play well and were scratched. when I asked web site to send me another DVDs in place of defective DVDs, the company asked me first to send the them the defective DVDs. only then promised me to authorize the refund, though I did not ask for refund . all the web sites believe the customer and send the replacement DVD unconditionally. But this web site has cheated me. neither it sends me the replacement DVD nor does it refund the money. I request the authorities to get me the replacement DVDs from this web site and take the action against this web site.
