I am Representing an Indian IT Outsourcing Company here. We worked with this http://www.ispmedia.com.au/ company which said about it self that they are very good and very much loyal to all clients and their development team and they are in this business from last 10 years. But as per the below story you can also say that they are big fraud. A Real Fraud one.

Now the story is like that.

We started with this company and the owner of the Firm (Scott Neilson & Lauren Neilson).

We met first at one of the well known job provider site. Scott Neilson gives us project from that portol and paid us extra money as bonus also for that project. And from their we think and we both agreed on the part that he will give us more projects and we will gives them the services for that. He gave us some good projects also and the payment of them too.

One day he come with some very good project proposal and gives us the documentation and all for that project. Which is related to the Online Weight Loose Programs ( http://realbody.com.au ). In that we both agreed on some amount of and we started the project on that trust which he build with us in that last 4 months before that project started. Now that project is around 45 Days and because of delay by both o[censored]s we finally finished in some delay timing. So the time we knows each other is now more than 6 months.

As the project finished in between he give us some small projects too. And when that big Weight Loose related project ( http://realbody.com.au ) finished from both o[censored]s and now its time for the payment, So he just tried his best to ignore us. He said us that there is no client fault. She already paid to the his (Scott Neilson) But because of some Tax Problem with him related to the Australian Government he is not able to pay us whole amount at the same time. That amount which he already collected from the client.

In between for more 3 months we continued the services and he paid us only 20% of the project in two 10% - 10% small installments. And he constantly telling us that he will pay us he will pay us. But not paid.

Now its more than 3 months of the project completion time and when we remind him for the payment he just not coming online and he started with the others for that project any kind of issues and development works.

We have all the Prof and chat records and mail records that how much he paid to us and what is the outstanding amount also we have chat record that he (SCOTT NEILSON ) collected the payment from the client and he didn't give that to us.

Now what to do.

Also guide me that how an Indian company can take action against this issue and how can i get my money back from this fraud Australian Company.. As they are representing them a Good Australian firm but i can say that they are the big fraud. They doing with us from last 6 months and may be it happens to others too.
