Dear sir,
Reg-: Complaint for violation of HUDA Bye Laws by owner of plot no. 412, Sector-39, Gurgaon
We are residents of Ward No.28, Gurgaon. We would like to bring in your kind notice that owner of Plot no. 412, sector -39, Gurgaon is constructing house in the said plot from quite long time. We noticed that he is violating zoning laws (especially Back side) of HUDA. This prevents sunlight and fresh air for neighbour. He may have also obtained the completion certificate by using his links and paying bribe but the construction is still going on. We repeatedly requested him for not violating the HUDA laws but he replied that he enjoys good liaisons and nothing can be done against him and he can do whatever he wants. He is making fun of the HUDA Bye Laws and violating all zoning provisions.
This is just the starting of such activities in this area and this is the right time when the people like him can be stopped and people can be told that this is illegal and action can be taken against such people. Otherwise this will spread like epidemic
Our request to the authorities- :
Please survey the area of illegal site i.e PLOT No. 412, Sector-39, Gurgaon and stop the work.
Please ensure that the owner follow norms and do not over construct the plot even after getting completion certificate.
Please advise if we require filing request as per Right to Information Act (RTI Act, 2005) to enquire about the provisions under which he is permitted to violate the HUDA Bye Laws.
Please also enquire that who is supporting him in this act.
Hope for some early legal/Departmental action.
