Hutch Bangalore — Beware of Hutch in Bangalore

I bought a new HUTCH prepaid on 2nd April 2007, and i submitted all the documents with photo to a shop near KidsKemp. They were very prompt with sim activation (10 mins only) but then it started showing me its true color. I roamed with it to almost all the MAJOR parts of Bangalore and the network strength was pathetic, with very frequent call drops and heavy network congestion. It took me 3 full days to reach the customer care using their toll free# 111.

Then on 13 of the same month they send me an SMS that they still didn’t get my documents and they wanted me to deposit the same in a nearby HUTCH Shop. Well the very next day they barred my outgoing calls even to the toll free nos. and i was left all by myself asking the whereabouts of a Hutch Shop and no body told me the exact location of any near Indira Nagar, except that it is on 100 ft Road. So for someone who is new to Bangalore, doesn’t know the local language and cant reach the customer care what the hell do you expect him to do other that getting frustrated.

Well some how after walking for about 2 and half hrs i finally reached them and they say its Govnt. rule to get the documents the second time and that it will take 24 hrs to activate the outgoing Calls. Then again after 24 hrs they have not uploaded the details and I'm left with nothing but to again go to Hutch Shop request those lethargic persons to do some needful. Any ways I’m fed up of HUTCH here and am willing to throw my sim which still has a call value of Rs 150 left in it so that Hutch can use it to improve their infrastructure.

Beware of getting hutch connection in Bangalore, they are the worst here. Go for anything else except hutch. A very strict no to hutch.

I am a Bangalore based postpaid customer (number [protected]) and have been facing a problem regarding weak network in C.V.Raman Nagar area. I purchased a this number in aug 2004. I am facing the network problem since 6Months. I called up at Hutch Care and the executive told me that it will b rectified as soon as possible, bus its been six Month nothing as changed. There is no proper Response from Customer care also.

I registered a complaint with the Hutch Care ( Complaint No.[protected] wherein the executive told me that the problem would be solved within next 24 hours & a person will b visiting my place regarding this. The very next day when I called Hutch to know the status of my complaint, the executive told me that it will b resolved I asked him 2 exculate the call to TL agent said me that TL is not keeping well so he can't Speak, I don't think that the way 2 speak 2 customer. Agent was Sachin & TL was ( Tanveer). I went to Hutch Shop there they told me that my sim is working fine, and asked me to call again to Hutch customer care. When I don't have any Network @ Home there is no use of having my Mobile. There r more then 200 Customer in C.V Ramam Nagar. All r facing the same problem.
Hutch is the worst service provider in bangalore. In fact am facing lots of problems as i purchased a Hutch post paid connection. Due to the mistake of customer care executive, hutch is asking me to pay the bill. Why the hell should i pay for theire mistake.

And nobody is ready to solve my problem in Hutch... even n every person just blame each other in Hutch and they say that its not their dept to handle my issue and finally therez no one to take care. Now i have decided not to pay them and also disconnect the connection.

I buy the bludy hutch prepaid on 10th march 2007. It was 6 month validity period. But the stupid hutch basters disconnect my mobile on 3th sep 2007. but when i enquirer they said to buy a mobile to make my connection live.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am vodaphone customer.My mobile no. is [protected].I am currently in dubai.I wanted international roaming to be activated on my number.I called up helpline no. i was told that my family member has to visit hutch shop and give the request.Request was give by my brother in hutch shop .He was told that within 48 hours international roaming would be activated .But now it is 1 month still service is not activated .What should i do .pls suggest me .Activation of service is very urgent and important.Pls do the needful at the earliest.i have even mail on [protected]@vodafone.in several time but reply.
dear friends from past 2 yaers iam using hutch prepaid connection. I can`t able to reach costumer care excutive from 3 days. i called to 111, but in that call repeating answer only coming, we can`t able to speak with costumer care. I want to stop disterb calls from your network. for which number i have to send the message[to stop disterb call] "ACT DND" please tell me as fast as possible my number [protected].
