i am sagem handset user for last 1year, for last month bonus minut in my set has been discountnue, i suffered a lot, i have called to customer care so many times but could not get solution of this problem, as a request please countinue

bonus minut in my handset, such kind of awarness will not be in future,without any information/ warning it should not be done

Dear sir, i'm bleu 556x mobile user there is problem in it, that is when connect to GPRS downloading games/wallpapers is not done by this mobile so, i decided to call customercare they would not give/take steps for my problem so, please forward /takes steps for my problem in bleu 556x mobile Thanking you
