[Resolved]  Hyderabad Metro Water Works — Payment paid online through ICICI

Dear Sir/madam,

My HMWSSB CAN No. IS[protected].

I have paid online through ICICI BANK the bill of Rs.6506/- on Jun 24th 2010. On repeated requests to both ICICI bank and HMWSSB, the amount paid is not being reflected in the HMWSSB site.

Kindly help and advice to proceed further

I too paid the amount thur ICICI bank netbanking to HMWSSB for CAN #[protected] on 17th August 2010. On repeated requests to both ICICI bank and HMWSSB, the amount paid is not being reflected in the HMWSSB site.

Arrears showing in Bill
Sir,
I am residing in Sri Venkateshwaranagar, Malkajgiri since 32 years and I am paying my Water Bill amount regularly by way of cash at Muncipal Office, Malkajgiri till[protected]. In the month of September 2010 I received a Bill dated[protected] with CAN No:[protected], showing arrears of Rs.4401-50Ps. Immediately I met Officials on[protected] at Sainikpuri and shown my previous bills paid by me at Muncipal Office, Malkajgiri. The concerned official seen my old bills and advised me to pay Rs.802-00 and show the receipt to Ms. Indira at Malkajgiri Muncipal Office for clearing the arrears . I paid Rs.802-00 immediately at sainikpuri office shown to Ms. Indira at Malkajgiri Muncipal Office on[protected]. Eventhough I received 2nd Bill as well as 3rd bill showing with arrears. Kindly look in to the matter and kindly issue me a new bill without arrears.

WE ARE FROM MURAD NAGAR, MEHDPATNAM, HYDERABAD THE COMPLAINTS IS THAT WE ARE THE RESIDENT OF MURAD NAGAR AND WE WHOLE LOCALITY IS NOT GETTING WATER PROPERLY DUE TO LOW PRESSURE AND NOT SUPPLY ON SUFFICIENT TIMING. NOW THE MONTHLY BILLS IS PAYING REGULARLY BUT THE W SUPPLY OF WATER IS NOT PROPER. EVEN THE PUBLIC TAPS IS SUPPLUYING WATER VERY PROPMT AND THE TIMING IS ALSO NEAR ABOUT 4 HOURS IN THIS CONNECTION WE THE RESIDENT OF MURAD NAGAR REGQUEST TO THE CONCERN AUTHORITIES TO GIVE EXTRA TIME SUPPLY TO THE MURAD NAGAR AND DO THE NEED FUL
