I am a resident of gautam nagar, malkajgiri (st. no 16. opp to Ratna enclave). the water pipe which supplies water to us is leaking for the past three months. no person has complained about it and water supply is alternate days for us and lots of water is going into gutters and wastage is very huge. no water works personnel has attended to it since three months. hyderabad is facing water scarcity and these types of wastages of water is huge loss for the citizens here. water works department has to pay immediate attention to leakages and rectify them on war footing basis otherwise our future generations will suffer so much for our negligence.

Sir
On 15th Nov, 2014, when I approached Mr Lateef, the concern Clerk to submit the complete file for change of name in the demand notice, he refused to accept it.
On 19 Nov, 2014 I filled a complaint on line wide ref No. 3187.
Subsequently, I met the MLA for Malakpet constituency - 58, Mr Ahmed Bin Abdullah Balala, A.I.M.I.M on 22nd Nov, 2014.
He called on Mr.Mohammed Zahoor, Senior Officer and asked me to see him at his office to get the issue resolved. I met him on the same day and submitted all the relevant documents required to get the name changed in the demand notice. He was very well convinced and asked me to submit the file inward.
On 24th Dec, 2014, I checked the complaint No 3187 on line. The complaint Status was marked as SOLVED. Same day I met Mr. Lateef. He informed me that the issue would take an other week to be completed. When I inquired than how is it marked as SOLVED on line, he was ignorant.
I filed an other complaint No. 7215, online, on 7th Jan 2015. Through this complaint I tried to bring to the notice of the management, the false reporting of the complaints on line.
And, till this date i.e 19th Jan, 2015, my issue stands pending, though I have met the MLA and Senior Officer.
Here, I would like to reflect the lethargy and careless practice in government departments which dare all tactics to get BRIBE.
I am made to run from pillar to post from 19th Nov, 2014 till this date, i.e 19th Jan, 2015, almost three months for the simple reason I d' not yield to grease the palm.
