Dear Sir,
Fowl smelling drainage water is seeping from Jinna narayan lane into my low pressure water collection pit for last one week. We are not able to draw water from the tap and it is creating very unhealthy atmosphere and breeding ground for mosquitoes. No complaint website of HW&SB is working through which a complaint can be made. On 15th march my brother Shri. Ambadas booked a complaint on the central complaint telephone No. 155313. The registration No. of the comp[laint is 3668 dated 10.3.2010. So afar no body has turned up. Kindly help the senior citizens from this dreadful situation. Please treat this as an SOS and attend to the problem immediately.

sir we have a drainage flow problem in our lane from past 1 year and water will flow evry day and we r facing many problems becouse of that bad smell so kindly we requesting u to brack the block of the drainge and it is cousing many health problems and plz help the senior citizens and people or also not able to walk on the roads . so i once again request the concernerd authorities to rectify the leak imediatly

Sir,
we are facing low pressure of water supply in singareni colony and the line men is doing some gimnic during releasing of water and the bill collector is saying due to lowpressure reading is very only in singareni colny area. The line men having many complaints on releasing the water but in some other colonies like vaishalinagar, sarswathinagar the pressure of water is full but where as in our colony past two years the pressure of water is too low due to line men only. before his period alternative days the pressure was full. So kindly change the line men in our colony or plz. increase the pressure then we will get sufficient of water atleast 4 or 5 pots. besides our colony there is slum even though he is not caring the releasing the water with full pressure sir. I am the relative of Duddilla Sridhar Babu he is the minister in our state.
Once again i request you to sir plz. look into this matter very care fully and release the same at an early action please. And in our colony every body is paying regular bills in time.

I am facing same problem. I've paid the bill using the web site http://www.hyderabadwater.gov.in/wworks/ and Bill junction said that the bill is cleared. My CAN no is[protected], but it is still showing pending. Could some one please help as the customer care is pathetic. They gave me a number which no one answers.

I am facing problem of no supply or very low pressure of water supply in Bilal Nagar, Kale Pather area in old city since so many months.
The problem is so critical that there is no supply of water since 4 to 5 days, and problem will be more critical as summer is near.
I pay the bill regularly even then facing such a problem.
I kindly request the concerned authority to release water with high pressure at regular interval of time.
I hope my problem will be solved immediately.

Compalint about from last 4 days drainge line block and all water come the above said in house we are unable to handle I request you to break the block of drainge to flow drainge water properly.
