Hygiene — Rain water collection

Hi, I am a resident of Raj Nagar, Sector-6, Ghaziabad. I am really worried about the poor drainage system of this area and severe water logging in the drains. This is posing severe threat of breeding mosquitoes in this area. Especially the drain near the Central Park, and near Shani Mandir Sector 6, Raj Nagar. I don't know why the Health Department and nagar NIgam Ghaziabad is not paying attention towards this. Are they waiting for some disease outbreak in this area to happen.
