I have purchased new i10 magna from Asset hyundai Kanjunmarg. Pooja material especially the red Roli with which we do pooja was been provided by them which have completely damaged the color of the my white car.When contacted the delaer Asset Hyundai,their sales Executive Mr.Shreekanth became abusive and was not talking on the phone properly and said nothing can be done and threatened us to do what ever we feel like like.Also during the deliver time they collected 151/- from us for which the receipt was not provide.

    sir
    i have having getz 1.1 gle purchased around july end thirty five years back from showroom at ratnagiri
    we are having service station at chiplun
    their is heavy rainfall around 350cm in chiplun
    i informed service station at chiplun that i need viper (both)with arm unit
    for last one week they are not getting it anywhere
    i can not drive car for last one week as this is rainy season
    contact no of hyundai service station at chiplun is [protected]
    complaint is not towards service station but i think spares are not easily available
    as the person tied hard even in mumbai to get spares
    please guide so that i can start using my car

      i have purchased Hyundai i10 1.2 kappa2 from B.M.Hyundai . when i ask them abt averages they told me that 1.2 kappa2 is latest engine and it will give average 19-21, but now my car is 4 month old and runs 3500 k.m , but its giving average of 10.50/p.km, i have chek it with hyundai service station at bhuj @1000 k.m , they told that after one service it will give good average. butt till its not giving average. as per thy stated me . now what to do?

        Hi,
        I purchased Hyundai Accent 2 years ago with the extended warranty of 3 years, after just 6700 km I am facing issues with fuel pump and not getting any service for the fault for which there is a warranty, fuel is not passing to the engine and sometimes car doesn't start, it indicates that everything is fine including the self, its only fuel is not going to engine.

          Dammaged i-10 sold to me by Nimbus Hyundai and Mr. Rochak Rawat [protected]@hmil.net
          of customer care at Delhi office at Mohon Nagar refuses to listen to me. The dammage was underneath and no customer can see that. It came to light only after 2400 Km when the car started making rattling noises. Mr. Rawat replies ot my complaints only that it is not a manufacturing defect... He is not listening what I am saying.

          As it is , Hyundai cars are not value for money, keys are ugly, Nimbus dealer in Noida does not honour the guarnatee and Customer care is shameful. They are just a show piece.

          GUY, always look the UNDERNEATH OF YOUR CAR BEFORE BUYING!
          AVOID HYUNDAI...and if you must....AVOID NIMBUS MOTOS; NOIDA AND GHAIABAD AT ALL COSTS....

          PLEASE WRITE SUPPORTING LETTERS FOR ME TO THIS GUY ROCHAK AND ASK HIM TO JUSTIFY HIS SALARY FROM HYUNDAI.

            Today when i started my Hyundia i10 there was a heavy leakage of fule, when i checked the engine the fuel pipe was leaking, a local mechanic told me that its due to rat bite,
            When i called the service station, they said that it is possible and not covered in insurance
            The leakage of fuel could cause fire in the car

              I am the owner of santro car and is being currently serviced by Hyundai Motor Plaza at cotton green, reay road, Mumbai.

              I had given my car for minor fixes and when the car was returned, it started overheating. To my surprise the car in the initial incident had been fixed with the parts which were not related to the complaints.

              After a day the car started overheating and when i sent the car back i was told that another part needs to be replaced and additional cost of 10 k has to be borne.

              This is the second instance from the same service centre happening to me wherein the car is returned back with additional complaints.

              Please convey this message to the service centre and also if possible, tell me a way out of this mess as none of the Customer complaints are handled properly by the service centre.

                When i had clocked 24k KMs on my car i felt the clutch was too hard and taken it for servicing (DSC). Engineers there replaced the cable and said it should be fine now, after a week i experienced the same and i approached them again, this time they said that i have to replace the clutch plate. My warranty was still place , it was just 1.5 years since i have bought he vehicle and clocked 24kms. DSC and HMP said that the part cannot be covered under warranty and i have to replace it, my only question was if i have to replace the clutch plate at 24K km, then should i change the complete engine by 50K KM??..is that the quality of vehicle/parts that hyundai produces??..i have got several feedback calls from DSC and HMP and i have shared the same, with very limited action from them so far.

                Hyundai i10 Magna — automatically switched on

                I bought I10 Magna model before 2 months ago, and d night before yesterday the car was parked as usual, at 1 AM due to some shot circuit in the car Car started burn, after starting burning car automatically started and move , headlights got ON, Horn also... This was a horrible experience, its like tarzan wonder car... so d car got wall. but the engine fully burnt, so we call fire brigrade.

                Hyundai i10 Magna — Mileage

                I bought a i10 Magna and was told about 14 KMPL Mileage. I have never crossed 8 KMPL on my i10.
                Have not been receiving any kind of positive response from the dealer
                Hyundai is very poor in mileage (petrol) and the most of the dealers are arrogant and useless. I almost finalized i10 and then went ahead with Maruti Ritz just because of the stupid and irresponsible behaviour of the sales people. Maruti delears are well behaved since Maruti has stringent monitoring & feedback system from customers.
                Firstly, milage is definitely an issue, unless u drive between 60-80 kph.
                secondly, CLutch-plate is a common problem in i-10. My car has run 24, 500 km. I had changed clutch wire @ 17k km.
                I had gone inside th workshop are... and inspected the same and spoke to the mechanic attending to my car. As per him he recieved 80% of complaints on i-10 w.r.t clutch plates. He ASSURED ME that i have 2 replace the new clutch plate by 30k km.
                Totally agree. I have a i-10 1.2 kappa, 2009 model. It hardly gives 13-14 km per lt even on free drive. I am from Delhi. The fuel tank finishes almost half by the time i reach greater noida from dwarka.

                Hyundai i10 Magna — exchange bonus pending

                I have bought i10 magna in dec 10 form paraskar auto world pvt.ltd.Akola & invoice date is 30/12/2010.I have submitted transfer documents of my old car to paraskar on 24th of Jan 2010 which is before one month as per information given by dealer.Dispite of that till date not recived exchange bonus & not recived any communication. My complient no.[protected].

                  I got a fake mail offering job in Hyundai motor India ltd. Iam attaching the offer letter I got today...


                  They are playing with human emotions and cheating people who are waiting for their dream jobs desperately.....


                  There should be some action taken against such cases.......

                  This is to show how unfair trade practices are being by the Dealers and Financers and how a comman man has to suffer on their fake commitments


                  I had booked a Hyundai Verna 1.6 Diesel Top model (Manual) with M/s Pioneer Hyuandai ( MRG Auto ) Ludhiana vide cheque no 344030 Dt 16.05.11 Amounted Rs 50000/- ( Fifty Thousand only ) as booking amount Which got en cashed on 18.05.11

                  The car was to be financed through HDFC bank for a loan amount of Rs 870000/- in the name of M/s Kishan Dass Kishore Kumar,All the documents were completed and case was processed Through M/s Balaji Finance, Bhoglan Road , Near Anand Palace, Rajpura
                  At the time of booking The financer and pioneer staff committed to deliver the vehicle in the month of May itself to get the deal executed
                  I Insisted to get the receipt of the booking amount I paid but I was told that since it being cheque in the name of Company, Your money is safe and you needn’t worry in this regard and the receipt will be sent to you after your cheque gets encashed
                  On 31st of may I gave a call to Mr. Naresh Ahuja, So called MD of M/s Balaji Finance for the status of the car delivery who assured me of the delivery of vehicle within Two – Three days as the car was in TRANSIT from the company works to Dealer showroom
                  And he also assured me that he can even provide me with all vehicle details such as Engine no And Chassis Number which made me more excited and relaxed that New car will soon be arriving at our home
                  The commitments made to me were so exciting that I could not think of being cheated
                  Well, as the time changes it is said that people do change and as well as their words and the commitments of Delivery of car in MAY Month changed to the first week of June which had to be waited for no other solution.
                  Since I was finally committed to get the car positively by the first week of June I sold my present car on 4th June at a price I got as I was in a hurry to sell the same and to get in the new one in that place
                  Since My Job requires extensive traveling to our respective customers and suppliers I used to hire a taxi from the market so as business may not get effected a lot

                  All my dreams of New car came Sour when the GM Of Pioneer Hyundai stated that They are not having any booking in the very name as on date as I made a bit of quarrel and lots of pressure to get the receipt I was mailed with a receipt of Rs 50000/- about a month later

                  This whole thing harassed me a lot and also put me under depression that I may have to live without a car for an unknown period,
                  As it is very well known that summers are on and schools have declared holidays , Children and family are excited about going away in the vacations and I had promised to take them to Manali and also to other places on weekends these vacations of course on The New car

                  But all the charms are turning sour as the commitments are standing no where and are slipping to more forward and the last commitment was of 17 th June which also seems to be fake commitment

                  One of my friends advised me that the financer and the dealers all are working for money and it is not a big game that your car would have been sold on black as your booking is already there about month old and now the car being much in demand and the approx Premium ( BLACK ) is Rs 50000/-
                  This whole thing made me a lot depressed and sad when I finally planned and visited PIONEER HYUNDAI where I had a new story to listen that

                  “”””””””””””””YOUR CAR IS NOT YET BOOKED WITH US!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                  I was shocked and stunned what a fool am I being made of , Any how controlling my senses I asked what are you talking sir, I have and advance booking amount of Rs 50000/- vide cheque no 344030 encashed on 18.05.11 on to this the whole scenario was changed and in reply he said that we now require full and final payment for car On to this I spoke to the bank and they said that your amount is ready and we need the confirmation of car from the dealer so as their funds may be transferred on to this I received a more shocking answer That your car will be booked after full and final payment and it will take another one month for delivery of car

                  Now I would like to know the several things

                  How can they play with others sentiments and desires??
                  What is the fun of making bookings if they have not to deliever the vehicle
                  What is the idea of making false commitments
                  Isn’t there any law to have a check on these black marketers


                  I expect that you will allow me the full justice considering all my pains I had to bear and the losses I had input due to the non availability of car and valuable vacations of innocent children and family dreams and finally deliver me the car of my and my family dreams

                    mu name is raju i have purchased santro xing reg no-up 85 AA 2330
                    in dec 2010 and i have to go for there servicing in hyundai service center
                    of merut road ghazibad and i tell him that our gear system for reverse the car not working properly and there is a leakage if oil from engine side i an asking the floor manager to check it but he says this is happened in new car and gear is ok than i will go to another service center he will check the car there is a nut looses from engine side and they charged me for pay that oil which had been leaked
                    due to this hyundai service center i have pay that money and for gear they are not check i know gear box is not in warranty but why they told that gear is ok if there will be creating a large demage who is responsible for that please it is a request to take aciton immediate otherwise shut down that srevice center if they are not liable to customer satisfaction

                      I bought the TV of Hyundai company in the month of Sept.'11. VEry next month we had a problem that TV volume is so high on just point-1. So we have logged complain for the same. But no solution till Jan.'11. So we thought that Hyundai is a multinational company so it will take 2-3 months time. Again since last one week we could not start our TV. So we logged in complain with no.-RAJ[protected]. On wednesday I got the message that your complaint will be serviced by our engineer Mr. Jitubhai and his contact number is [protected], And I am trying to call him since last Thursaday but either his no. is not reachable or no reply from his side. Today after a week I could talk with him & he told me that Mahuva town is not in my service area andYou have to talk with Ashvinbhai and his contact no. is [protected]. So I called him and he replied that I have to log in new complain. As the old complain is login with Mr.Jitubhai so he could not service on them. Meanwhile today I called Mr.Dilip Tosniwal on his cell no. [protected] for the said complain. He replied that you just SMS me your complain no. I will check for the same & replied. I have forwardd the message to him on his cell no. and at that time to till now he is not receiveing my phone.

                      Require needful action from yourside & from Company side. And within 9-10 months time why it has happen that even could not start TV ????So strange that we are going with a huge Brand name company and facing such a problem...

                        First Servicing of my i-10 car has been done yesterday i.e. on 12/06/2011 by Shree Hyundai, Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand from whom I had purchased the car. During servicing the dealer poured the following liquid materials in my car without my consent and compelled me to pay the price.

                        1. Injector cleaning - Rs 360/-

                        2. Special duty - Rs 410/-

                          Respected Sir,
                          Since I have purchased a brand new Hyundai I20 car after spending my hard earned money, I have never had a smooth drive at all as it has a serious persisting manufacturing defect. The air conditioner system of this above referred car is having serious manufacturing defect and bursts frequently thus putting me and my family life in danger.

                          The details are as follows :-
                          SN / Instance Date Shown to Hans Hyundai, Naraina Vihar, New Delhi Nature of defect
                          1 04.07.2010 Invoice No.Y[protected] The vehicle average is very low ( approx. 7-8 kms a litre with a/c) in delhi city conditions. It is drinking petrol.
                          The vehicle has gear shifting problem. Airconditioner Blower fan speed fluctuating.
                          2 08.09.2010 Invoice No. B[protected] Airconditioner Compressor Burst.
                          3 09.10.2010 Invoice No.B[protected] Airconditioner Compressor Burst.
                          4 14.04.2011 Repair Order No.R[protected] Airconditioner Not functioning
                          . I can strongly say that I have been cheated by Hyundai by taking the full value of the car and providing me with a defective car. This repeated instance of taking new vehicle again and again for repair has put me under huge discomfort, mental tension, agony and am feeling high pressures on heart like undergoing torture.

                          We experience the same problem...purchased brand new or supposed to be brand new i20 with many defaults. We have been told a stone hit the condensor, this the reason why AC not working. I am awaiting reply from customer service, as the agent or dealer are not at all interested to assist? After searching on google - you realize you've been taken for a ride as this is a DEFINATE PROBLEM of the i20 range. I feel cheated and taken for a ride... I will not recommend anybody to buy the i20 - as a person could or may still have delt with problems, but it is with regret that I have to say Hyundai dealers are not interested to assist ... they mos have received there money..why bodder? I'm waiting for customer care services reply tomorrow - if not satisfied.. will take it further to court if need be?

                            I know it is not a part of your work to go with customer complaint.

                            But below is the complaint i have registered with Hyundai with all proof and today (7/06/2011) at 3.50 pm,i come to know that my car is dispatched from Chennai on Feb 2011 and my car is not having BS IV engine,but BS III engine.

                            Further to this it was informed to me that Hyundai can't do anything on this and it has to resolve at dealer level.

                            It is shocking that Hyundai works with such a dealer,who cheat with their customers.

                            Well as a Hyundai i request you to take some action on this or i have to take a legal guidance for the same.

                            Also believe it doesn't fit in Hyundai corporate and management philosophy

                            Looking for support from Hyundai in maintaining the trust i had put while buying my first car.

                            Car : i20 Magna
                            We booked our car in July 2010 from Kundan Hyundai,Pune (PCMC) and also got delivery somewhere approx 24th July 2010.


                            As per above my first service is suppose to be in October.


                            When i approached Kundan service department in october,they told me that,i have taken my car in March,so as per that first service is suppose to be in June.


                            As per Kundan record and Hyundai delhi,my car is delivered in March 2010.Even in Kundan record the phone number and address was wrong.


                            I questioned to kundan manager and the sales lady Ms Vijya who sold car to me and the reply i got:"WE BOOK CAR IN SOMEBODY'S NAME IN ADVANCE,SO THAT WE CAN DELIVER FAST"


                            In my Smart card,it is showing Car Mgf Dt: 04/2010


                            My car is missing in-built USB port and also i have a doubt that whether it is having BS VI engine or not?

                            How in smart card it can show mgt of 04/2010 ,when as per hyundai delhi and kundan records it is delivered in march?
                            The car which is manufactured after April 2010 have a compulsion of BS VI engine,not the car manufactured before that and i am sure my car is missing that.
                            The new i20 ,which is manufactured in April or may 2010 is having inbuilt USB,where is my car is missing that. Because old model was not having that.


                            I already discuss this with Kundan manager,but in vain


                            My first complaint to Hyundai delhi was on march 29th.They didn't gave me complaint reference no,as customer care executive mentioned that it is typical kind of complaint,so my phone number will be my reference number:[protected]


                            I got call from Hyundai delhi on 2nd April


                            when no update,again followed up with Hyundai delhi on May 1st and i got complaint reference no,as mentioned subject line.


                            Followed with Hyundai delhi again on 3rd and customer care executive mentioned he will take care of my complaint on priority basis.


                            Got call from Kundan and manager told me to come back to me with the solution.


                            Again no feedback wither from kundan and hyundai delhi.


                            Got call on 24th may from Kundan,just to know an update about my complaint.


                            Again called Hyundai delhi on 24th may and executive mentioned that no update and gave me the email id to send the mail.






                            please note it is a forgery case and till date Hyundai didn't take any action.


                            My request to Hyundai to take care .


                            I have discuss whole issue with lawyer too and also involving media soon.

                              i'm heera chand jain from hyderabad,andhra pradesh. i had booked a hyundai verna fluidic(VTVT SX 1.6 HIGH) from SRI JAYALAKSHMI AUTOMOTIVES PVT. LTD. situated at himayath nagar,hyderabad.
                              i visited the showroom on 23 may 2011 and i was assured by the sales executive that i would get my new car with in ten days or before that if possible .
                              i paid a booking amount of Rs.0.50 Lakhs on the same date and got a reciept for it behind which the sales executive wrote that the car would be deliverd with in ten days or before that.being assured of getting the delivery on time i made my plans to go out of station where i was supposed to be joined by my family members.
                              mean while i made all the necessary arrangements required by the finance company.i made it clear that the finance team had no problem issuing delivery order to SRI JAYALAKSHMI AUTOMOTIVES PVT. LTD.
                              We have been enquiring about the same for the past five days and now,on the day promised,the dealers have backed off saying that it can not be delivered before 10 june 2011.
                              as a result i had to cancel my bookings on the last spot and suffer heavy expenses and problems.

                                hello sir maine abhi 5 months pahle hi car li thi jo ki abhi sirf 3000 kms hi chal payi hai wo b sirf single hand me hi rahti hai aur koi nai chalata aur bahut hi safely chalti hai phir b itni jaldi uski clutch plate kharab ho gayi iske pahle first service ke time b clutch me problem thi par service ke bad use thik bataya gaya ..ab kharab hone par dealer kah raha hai ki 4000 tak ka bil aayega ..aur kah rahe hai ki apki fault hai compamy ki nai par maine to pahle hi complaint ki thi iski par ab charges kyo

                                  It is matter of pitty that customers are not being satisfied.
                                  (i) Reception- No one receive at reception and no security.
                                  (ii) On 31 May,2011 visited to keep vehicle ready for 01 Jun,2011. When visited to collect vehicle after 24 Hours. Vehicle was dirty. Wasted over 1 and half an hour to get vehicle ready.
                                  (iii) Service- Cleanliness of the vehicle very poor( Nothing done) No polishing, No Vaccume used. Even my self ask to do this No work only baseless reply by the cleaners.Lady supervisor no use.
                                  (iv) Billing- Prior to one day informed but at the time of billing, billing correct. Delay in producing bill. Cash collection was active and fast.
                                  (v) After receiving payment for the bill. No thanks No formalities.
                                  (vi) Over all No use of service it is not sure that technical service has been carried out or not since, cleanliness is very poor.

                                    I purchased Hyundai Inverter + Battery HP-18000 (S.No. 323194) on 03/12/2009 with warranty of 24 months on Inventor and 18 months on Battery from the shop Shree Deo Electronics, City Centre, Sector- 4, Bokaro Steel City (Jharkhand)-827004. The battery give back up problem in Feb. 2011 & problem was duly reported to Deo Electronics, City Centre, Sector- 4, Bokaro Steel City (Jharkhand)-827004. He is told me Battery fully low down so, one time fully charged by charger. So, I do battery fully charged. Thenafter problem is continue. So, I complaint done many time. Then Deo Electronics given me Customer Care Service (Jharkhand), Phone No[protected] & do complain. Then problem reported to Luminous Power Technologies Customer Care Service (Jharkhand), Phone No[protected] dated on 13/04/2011 under Complaint No. RNC 5395. Than after service engg. come & check up battery & give a report me send battery service centre, Ranchi by through main distributor, Dhanbad. I have given battery handover dated on 15/04/2011 to distributor Hyundai, Dhanbad. But distributor Hyundai, Dhanbad battery send to Ranchi delay. What resion why battery send delay to Ranchi service center. Battery recived ranchi dated on 07/05/11 & check up & given report dated on 18/05/11 battery dead & rejected due to 13th Months late selling by shop, & asking me warranty cover by date of menefaturing. How it is possible in the warranty card in mention warranty cover 18th months from date of purchased. I have also complain to head office Luminous Power Tech. customer care, Delhi dated on 18/05/11 & Complaint No.- IN[protected]. Than after no action has been taken. I have many time complain done to Delhi & he is told me every time company representative visit & attend your complain. But still now not any company representative visit & attend to sort out the problem.
                                    So, I request to you pls. note my problem & rectify as soon as possible.

                                      Complaint Details

                                      I had purchased the Hyundai i10 vehicle (Chassis number MALAN51CLBM815398A, vehicle number OR05AN4793) on[protected] and on[protected] took the vehicle to their workshop for 1st free
                                      servicing (invoice number H[protected]. The vehicle had run only 2508 Km when it was handed over for servicing. While coming back after servicing, the rear left side tyre got busted on the high way
                                      (NH-5) at a point which is just 5 Km from Cuttack. On checking, it is observed that there was about 1 inch through cut on the side of the tyre (not on the portion which comes in contact with the road)
                                      through which air has leaked. I would like to mention that I travelled almost 500 Kms from my place of work on NH and gave the vehicle for servicing. There was no problem absolutely till vehicle was
                                      given for servicing. The vehicle was thoroughly checked by OSL before they took it inside for servicing. It is a brand new car with company fitted tyre, vehicle is hardly 3 and half month old and run
                                      only 2508 Km. I am sure, the tyre must have been damaged by OSL personnel while carrying out the servicing work. I expect immediate free replacement after the tyre got busted I used the Stepney
                                      and reached Bhubaneswar where I was staying. I gave a telephonic call to Mr. Nilamani sahu of OSL and told about the problem. He told me to contact Mr. Himansu Sekhar Samal ( Tel No [protected]) . I contacted him and informed about the problem. He started telling me that OSL is not responsible for this type of Customer problems as the tyre is from M/s Bridgestone and the individual has to come to OSL, take a letter and go to M/s Bridgestone office in Bhubaneswar and take their opinion. He disowned the responsibility of helping me in this regard. Then I repeatedly wanted to contact Mr. Nilmani sahu, but he intentionally did not attend to the call. The matter is reported to Complaint help line of M/s Hyundai Motors - Mr. Nisika and the Complaint id number is[protected]. On[protected] at about 8:28PM, a person from OSL came with a letter addressed to M/s Gugunani tyre of Bhubaneswar and handed over the same to me saying that I have to go to M/s Gugunani tyre and hand over the letter to them and they will do the needful. Leaving aside my personal work, I went to M/s Gugunani tyre with lot of hope. They saw the letter and told me that we are not supposed to entertain such letters and why they have sent you to us.

                                      M/s OSL has harassed me and has not owned responsibly, showed high level of indifferent attitude, did not attend the calls and so forth and so on. The company has to replace the burst tyres with out any charges because the car is still under the warranty period.
                                      Reason for Complaint
                                      Defect in the product during warranty / maintenance contract period; Product caused inconveniences; There could be damage caused during servicing of the vehicle which they suppressed.

                                      What I want :

                                      Ms OSL HYUNDAI -CUTTACK should replace TYRE with similar or superior TYRE; Accept the return of the TYRE and issue a full refund of the price; Pay compensation for damages / inconveniences caused to me.
