Sub: Transaction of Credit Card No. [protected].
Ref: Your letter reference no.: 082507 / 1434140.
With reference to your above referred letter dated: 25/08/2007, I agree that the transaction was made on that credit card, which was issued on my name, but in regards with the matter I like to inform you and suggest investigating the following points.
1) I or my family member did not received credit card and also we don’t get any verification from your side for this card. So please investigate that to whom did your executive handed over the card?
2) I never got information / Verification about the card that it has been issued to me at all. So verify that when did it issued & who was your agent?
3) I was not in Mumbai while that transactions, were made from

executive has handed this card to some unauthorized person
without any verification and I was never aware about it that I have been issued that card prior to your statement reflect the transaction.
So please investigate the above matter and do the needful. You must be appreciate my situation that a customer cant pay the dues of transactions made for which he never received a card. Although issued by bank.
Its our duty of take care of card if we have got it and lost it? But if
we didn’t got it at all then its responsibility of bank to reconfirm / ensure I have got the same or not.
Kindly confirm and do the needful and oblige.
