[Resolved]  I.C.R.I.,Delhi — Refund of Tuition Fee

Hello, I am Waseem Raja, I gave an entrance for MSc CR(Cranfield University) at Delhi9I.C.R.I. campus(A-201,Okhla Indstrl Phs - I) on May8,2010.I qualified the entrance and personal interview(with Dr. Charu-Zonal Clinical Manager).The same day Rs30000/- were charged towards ICRI,Delhi registration and Rs200000/- towards tuition fee.Also 500 pounds were demanded towards Cranfield University registration(unpaid).Since I got supplementary in my B.Pharm-IV yr examination(Hamdard University) I could'nt continue with the course.I gave an application for the refund of my tuition fee to the then principal(Dr.Amit),he conveyed that it's none under his control as he's handling the Academics section,and I should convey my complaint to the Councellor(Dr.Charu).She too did'nt pay any interest and said that it's all dealt with higher officials of I.C.R.I.,also previously she promised the refund by february2011 end.I enquired with the Registrar(Mr.Saxena),who also did'nt pay any interest and said that they are still ready to give me a chance irrespect of my supplementary exams.I think it's all waste to continue with the course untill qualifying my graduation first,But to compromise their selfish needs they are still willing to give me admission and not refunding my Tuition fee since 2010.They have made me and my father run pillar to post,moreover my mother who's hypertensive has got two B.P. attacks since then.I request for any official involved who can make my tuition fee refunded,since they have given me the last option to file a case in the court but not willing to refund the tuition fee on normal request.
