I was interviewed in I-Flex solutions in August 2008. I cleared 2 round of interview and waiting for next round. They told that interviwer for next round is tragvelling and be back in a week. I called them twice and i got same answer, they reqeusted me to wait. Hence they were open. I checked another candidate and he was also having same information - even his friend who is an employee of company has same information.
Then global slow down struck. I-Flex solution might have delayed / postponed their recruitment plans. This is understandable.
But we were never informed, shouldn't company inform candidate about the truth ? Is it how you treat your future employees ?
Then came few other jobs for I-Flex in other cities. I applied for but my CV was rejected because I appeared in interview just 3 months back.
Isn't it stupid rule that candidate can't appear in interview without checking status of candidate's performance. Don't you think this kind of stupid rules costing company good candidates ??
PS: i don't wish to read comments like 'you were not selected in 1st interview and they didn't call you back. with 10+ years experience we can make out whether we have done good or not + we had some internal news as well' Was this information helpful? |
They should think about their brand name. Because careless HR is spoiling brand name.
