[Resolved]  i2i Telesource Pvt ltd — PF not received & no one taking phone at PF office Maharastra-Kandiwali

I had left job in i2i Telesource Pvt Ltd on 28/02/2008, three time filled PF form and submited in my company, first form lost by them & did not inform about it when inquire about it they told staff change and lost form. Second time PF form submitted on sep. 2007till aug. 2008 they did not processed anything and when inquire they told we will submite it now. As per my knowledge after submission of PF form at PF office you can get that amount in a month till today i did not receive it and when call at i2i mumbai office & delhi office. PF office no one taking phone there. I am at Udaipur Rajasthan. and have no relative in Mumbai, no other option except to phone at PF office but there is no one taking phone and my company giving false promise of my PF form submission. Plz show me the way what I should do get my PF amount, is it one kind of benefit to employee or trouble? plz replay on urgent basis as i have urgent need of this amount. please help me urgenty.

I have left the job from i2i.Telesource on 30th Aug 07, After 2 months i had applied for provident fund my pf no is MH/94201/345.i had been working as a shift coordinator for the process of NDPL (Keshavpuram Location Delhi) all the formalities were done in the month of Nov. 07 for provident fund and Accounts department has assured me that your pf will come within 3 months but so far i have not received any cheque, then two times i had visited to Vishwadeep Tower Janakpuri for the same but once again they assured me that wait for one week you will receive the pf cheque soon.But when i visited in the month of Dec 08 for the same they told me that this company has been taken over by some other company named Allsec BPO and we are not concerned with your Provident Fund matter.
And they told me that Ek aapka he PF nahi fusa hua hai aur bhi log hai.
This is a request of mine to you pls suggest me anyway by that i can get my PF Cheque soon as i am in need.My contact # is [protected].

Such A pathetic company I have ever worked before. Left company 10 month before still not received ma PF amount yet, after completion of all the formalities. Not received any revert from concerned person and Mr. Chetan jain also.

I have same problem and need solution from Consumer fouram. Also we need to come together to resolve this as one person can not fight against them.

Hi I too have worked here for about 6 months and still not got my FNF nor have recieved my PF. I am sure the form has not even been submitted to the PF office..As the others have said, no response and absolute no intension. I know of many other cases where FNF has not been settled. Need to know how to get other people aware of this problem so that others do not get into the same mess.

I have wating for a PF final sattlement but not recive past 2 year. they inform me that they process to PF branch and they will take time I know that it will take time minimum 6. month but its over 2 year. Please help me now the company name is Alsec its near MG road. in Corperation bank building.
