[Resolved]  IASE Deemed University, Rajasthan — Didn't get my final degree certificate

I have applied for my final degree certificate of BMIT course 2 years before. My enrollment number is IASEDU/PU/05/01/20263 and my file number is 4146(which they have). They receieved all applied documents on 15/10/2009. But till now i am not get my certificate.

Dear Sir
I have completed my B.Tech Instrumentation course during 2007. From my study center there was no response till 2009. Now on 6th Aug 2012 igot on speed post in that they mention one due paper. But tried for online due form i can't able to open. Now i am working in karanataka( HOSPET). I want to complete my course to get my Deegre certificate. At present there is no study center where i admitted. please help me and do the need. MY enroll number: IASE DU/DE/04/28769. My mail [protected]@yahoo.co.in
