[Resolved]  Ibm India Pvt. Ltd — Barclays Credit Card

The other day one lady customer support executive called me from Delhi, she asked my interest in Barclays credit card.When I said yes, She took all my details and said their sales executive will come to my address and take all the documents and with in 15 days I will receive the card.It was OK for me.Thats all from Braclays side.

After one week i received one courier from Barclays saying my application for Credit card is rejected.
I want to know when the sales exceutive has not come to my address, no one taken my documents so with out applying for the card, how can you reject and which application you have rejected.
Its unnecessary troubling people like me.I think there is no way you can reject my eligibility to get the card.I don't mind if you don't issue the card, but if it is showing my status rejected then it effects a lot in my future transaction for Housing loan or applying any other credit card.

I request you not to trouble people unnecessary like this by calling from your corporate office.

its been 3 times that i have applied for credit card . you have taken all my details and said that an person will be sent to ur address for PAN xerox. and till now none of them came to me for collecting that..its for 3 times. by this we can understand wat the service ur providing to coustiomers. Then why the hell you people cal and disturb for credit cards? Tell ur Boss to see this mail and let them know weather they are sleeping are working.
