I joined the company ICPA on February 12, 2009 as Sales Admn. Manager.
on July 6, 2009 I was asked by HR Adviser of the company not to report for work with immediate effect.
I followed the instruction and immediately requested the company through several emails to settle my account based on contract letter dated February 11, 2009.
They send me a cheque without the payment of 15 days notice period. Till date neither they have settled my account nor offered explanation why they don't want to pay for notice period. I st clause of the contract reads as " The contract can be terminated at any time with 15 days notice on either side".

ICPA Health Products Ltd — non settlement of p/f A/C
Dear sirmy self bishan kumar patel from jabalpur,previously i worked with ICPA Health Products Ltd & i left this comp 16 months back almost,many many times i have sent them request to settle my PF.But till now i din't get.
My PF ac has to be deposited in my HDFC A/C NO:[protected].
PLZ- PLZ- PLZ Let me know the status of my pf a/c.
