[Resolved]  Ics Global Visas India Pvt Ltd — cheat money and very bad service

I make contact with ics global visa for my partnership visa and pay them online fees about 70000inr.they give me id 2706927.There service was nt good but they tell we are just showing you way but when you apply visa our expert will see your case.so i pay the money and they stop contact me. then i contact them and send them paper to submit visa but there phone no more work in after july.i try to contact them but cant get them.then after 3 months last week i make online complaint and then they contact me another company name ixp global visa and apollozie me that sorry for delay and now they going start my process.They ring me [protected] on this date[protected].But i cant do visa any more with them beacuse they make my time waste and money and loss also.I cant reach on time before its late already.This new company contact me with same my id 2706927 with previous company.They inform me that we cant refund your money.Thats how they cheat me.I want very strict action against them so they cant do again like this with custmer.Why they never inform me before change name and contact numbers and they didnt contact me 3 months and now they come back after 3 months and telling me sorry for delay.Please give me advice about this case also.
