I've been an Idea user for 07 year old now mobile no [protected] stopped from 09/05/2011 for document procedure. my document is submitted to your office may- 2005. then submiteed secont time on 2009. & Third time last month[protected] so please contineued my mobile.

Idea Cellular Ltd. — DAILY DEDUCTION OF 3 RUPEES

I have an Idea Sim with no :[protected] . For the past 2 years Rs.3 is daily deducted from my account . I don't know which service is activated in my mobile . So calling to the Customer Centre is not a solution for the problem .
So please help to find the service activated in my mobile and deactivate it .

Idea Cellular Ltd. — Charged Rs 450/- Unusual

Rs.450/- is charged unusual by idea on my post paid mobile No [protected] in the bill of May 2011 as 3G GPRS service charge that is totally fake because of:

1. I have been requested to activate 3G GPRS service on my mobile in the month of April 2011 but after activation I could not accessed and not taken benefit due to unavailability of 3G network at my home.
2. I have given a complaint to M/s Maa Vaishno Communication on 18 April 2011 to deactivate 3G GPRS service due to above mentioned (1) technical reason w.e.f from next month i.e. May 2011 but concern executive Mr.Rajeev has forgate to update my request.
3. When I aware this issue, have received bill of May 2011, after that again I visited to respective Helpdesk and given a complaint. Concern Office has suggested me to pay balance amount than Rs.450/- so I have already been paid all billing amount apart from 3G GPRS service charge Rs.450/-
4. They have assured for the adjustment but it’s not executed till now and my outgoing call is excluded from 16 May 2011.

Now, they are denying and said that I have to pay this, So please do needful.

Idea Cellular Ltd. — World Calling Card not activated

I have charged idea #[protected] with Rs.23/- US calling card valid for one month. They confirmed the charge on 16th June 2011. But the facility is not activated. Trying complaing on their various help line become futile - either exectuvies are busy or not connecting to the required line. Some of the helpline nos. does not exist! Are they not cheating??

i was using the idea number [protected] which i converted from postpaid to prepaid in dombivli east idea store but when i try to use the prepaid card there was no network .so i went to your fort gallery where executive informed me that there is normal barring dial 2222 and the card get activated but still it was not activated so i went to store second time in fort store than the another executive informed me card is not active in prepaid u require to visit the same store where u converted the card postpaid to prepaid. when i visited the store today they informed me first the card is not converted to prepaid when i told it is prepaid card than after 5 min they said the card is converted to prepaid but deactivated due to no usage but from day one there was not network so how can i use the card i just want the same number back i am ready to pay charges for the same it doesn't matter i will get the number in prepaid or postpaid
I also work for Vodafone where we can help the customer by giving the same number back still the number not recycle and it is deactivated on 31/may/2011

so please look in the matter and do the needful

Idea Cellular Ltd. — unauthorised deduction of money

my mobile no (idea) is [protected] (prepaid), idea people have added a caller tune on there own without confirming me ( even they may not be able to prove it) mybe it was deducted when there was a more amount balance , but on 20.06.11 when there was only 27.00 inr balance they renewed the tone on there own without my permission. and as when I was in a desprate need to call there was no balance in my mobile and i was not having a single penny in my pocket to recharge even (situation was like that).
when i called customer care they says this and that but they did not ommited the unwanted paid service .

idea people do not have time to listen or resolve the mantally and economically challange which they are giving to there claints.

kindly provide some judgement so that they will compansate as well as do not repeat the incedence with anybody .

Idea Cellular Ltd. — i am disturbing with this number

Hi,
This number([protected] ) which i am sending for inquire .This is unknown number for me when i received call.
He was abusing.I have checked it's Himachalpradesh number.
I want to take strict action against that guy and try to block this number or trace his address and complaint to nearest police station.

sir maine kitni bar customer care par call ki hai idea ke but wo ya tho phone cut kar dete hai ya 20-25 mint ke liye hold par rakh dete hai or meri problem ko solve nahi karte.maine idea ki sim 22 april ko li but next month mujhe free minuts nahi mile complaint karne par argue krte hai or battamiji se baat krte hai. plzzzzz solve my problem if you can.
