Yesterday morning i have purchased new idea sim card from pala . on the same time i submitted all the necessary documents. but yet not it is not activated and network signal also showing . also showing the sim regestration failed. please do needful action take for my complaint.

I purchased an Idea SIM from Kochin Airport on 24/08/2014 at 10.00 PM.The agent took my picture passport details.As of now 27/08/2014 12.07 AM, the SIM is still inactive. I can not make any calls. Can somebody resolve this issue?
