IDEB projects Pvt. Ltd. — PF release

After depositing the Pf form almost one year back i have not got the amount crdited in my account. my PF no. is KN/BN/24245/1970.
kindly try to process it as soon as possible

It is interesting that the IDEB employees have not been paid. I am what is called a "wage and hour" lawyer in San Diego California. Basically, we represent people that have had their wages stolen by their employer. In California, workers can file civil lawsuits in order to collect unpaid wages. Is that not the case for these IDEB workers? Can they not sue in order to recover stolen wages?

Yes, The given complaint is True.

IDEB Projects Private Limited, has not paid salary to their Employees for the last Six Months, This company is not serious in paying salary, PF, ESI, Insurance to their Employees. IDEB Projects Private Ltd, is also defaulted in paying loans to the bank, not paid taxes to Government. Government and police has to take very strict action on IDEB Projects Private Ltd. and see to that employees should not suffer.

Apart from this they havent paid TDS to incometax department

This is not accurate. IDEB has paid all government outstanding dues, taxes etc. In case you are not aware, there was a recession recently and all real estate companies were badly hit. Similar to others IDEB has only delayed paying salary, and as a long time employee of IDEB I am confident that all dues will be cleared.

I don't understand why you ever replied to above comments with such absolutely false statements when there is ;
1. Millions of bank debt pending,
2. Not even deposited to the Bank/Govt, the taxes deducted from the employee's salaries
3. Even the PF amounts are not deposited by you
4. Millions o[censored]npaid dues to your vendors, customers
5. Above all 4-5 months unpaid salary to your own employees (50 or more?)who worked day and night for you.
Deny all this if you can. And still if you feel like a "proud employee", sorry, you are just a disgrace to your former colleagues. And lastly don't blame anything on the so called global recession bcos your company is not the only one which was affected but, there were many others (even smaller in size) but still paying their employees.
Now don't ever try to justify your company which is an absolute Fraud. If you doubt, just do a google search on "ideb" the result will be self explanatory.

I am an Architect from Pune.My salary for Eight Months not received from IDEB Projects Pvt.Ltd, Bangalore.
I joined IDEB on 03.03.2008 and was resigned on 25.01.2010 as our eight months salaries (amounting @Rs.10.00 lakhs) were not paid.Even after 2 years not a single paisa is paid to us.The company is trying to sale their properties in Pune, Bangalore, Delhi, but not settling our dues.They have closed their e mail address and the sites are being handed over to third party, so that we cannot contact them.I am 56 years old, and have no other job in my hand .You are requested to kindly help me.

Yes, I am also badly hit for 6 months salary since July 2009 till Feb 2010. My due is @ Rs.12L + Gratuity of @ Rs. 2L. Filed the case... What next? Our court is so kind enough to IDEB as it is so use to it.
Hopefuly client lawer will help all o[censored]s in getting our dues.

IDEB company has also not given my father's salary... currently he is dead..his name is Mr K.R. URVEY, emp code = 002., my dad served this company for around 9yr. but his G.F and his 6 month salary of year 2009 has not been cleared yet..me and my mother went to their head office in bangaluru.. they didn't respond us about my dad's due salaries ..

I am K.K.Pandey and I strongly agree that IDEB has not paid salary to many employees, I am also the sufferer having unpaid salary of Rs. 6 Lacs

Can anyone tell me contact no. of HR so that I can get my pending salary from IDEB projects private ltd...I called HR many times they are not giving response & not getting my salary...from last two years they didnt gave my salaries n final settelment...please someone provide me details...
