non receipt of bond certificate and dividend/ interest for 2013-14

So far i have not been issued bond certificate of IDFC and also dividend/interest for the year 2013-14 not given to me. IDFC Application no. 55490069 Rs. 20, 000/- paid vide cheque no. 917747 dated 31.01.2012 by Shri Dharambir.
